Gator and I left Hotlanta Friday. Our first flight was from Atlanta to St. Paul, Minnesota. We were very blessed to share a row with a wonderful lady who shared all kinds of great plane info with Gator. You see this was her first flight!!!

Gator's first flight!

When we landed in St. Paul we headed right to Starbucks to load up for the next leg of the trip.:)

After sitting for a LONG time and our flight being delayed a mere hour or so…we were tired! It was now 11:45 to our bodies and we just wanted to get on a plane and fly to see the boys! We were able to board the plane when they gathered some flight attendants for us and we arrived in Vancouver at 12:45 Canada time, 3:45 to us!!!! OUCH. šŸ™‚ After getting our bags we went into Immigration and we given our Visitor Record so we can stay in Canada for one year. YEA, we are legal!!!

To say it was nice to see Guitar Man is an understatement! I couldn’t wait!!! When we got to the house, we are staying in for now, Buddy was up and ready to great us with a big hug. I sure have missed his hugs these last 10 days. After greeting the puppies and taking a quick tour of the house we crashed. At this point I had been awake for 27 hours. I’m not real sure if the bed here is truly comfortable but last night it didn’t matter….I just wanted sleep!

Stay tuned for more pictures of our first day here in Vancouver!

Grace and Peace,

  1. Glad you are there. Have you started looking for houses? When you do, send pictures….I am enjoying all your post and being able to keep up with the progress. Do you like Vancouver? It really is a beautiful city and the weather in the summer is awsome. It is so hot in Florida. Keep posting. Love you!
