Here in the Tri-City area many know of the local hero, Terry Fox. He was a man on a mission to fight cancer. His story is wonderful and to honor him many will be running today all over our community. On Friday Buddy and Gator had the opportunity to fight cancer and run in a school sponsored Terry Run. Each child was asked to donate a Looney (for you Americans that’s a $2.00 coin) and run a short route around the neighborhood the school is set in.
To kick things off all the students joined together in the gym to get “pumped up”! Then it was out the back door to RUN!!!!

I’m so thankful for our new school…so far so good!
It was fun to be at the finish line and cheer the kids on. I’m blessed to have this time with my two precious children.
